O que procuramos:

Nosso time da Qualidade Técnica está com uma nova oportunidade de Supervisor de Controle de Qualidade, para atuar em modelo presencial em Piracicaba/SP de Segunda à Sábado.

Missão do Cargo:

Garantir a qualidade técnica, a conformidade operacional e a integridade das informações dos serviços executados em campo, por meio da auditoria técnica online, assegurando aderência aos padrões, normas e diretrizes estabelecidas. Atuar com autonomia na validação dos serviços, assegurando a correta execução técnica, rastreabilidade das informações e confiabilidade dos dados que suportam indicadores, faturamento e tomada de decisão. Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de qualidade, promovendo padronização, disciplina operacional e evolução contínua, garantindo alta performance e alinhamento com os objetivos da operação.

Principais responsabilidades:

Validar tecnicamente os serviços executados em campo por meio da análise de ordens de serviço, evidências e checklists.

Monitorar os serviços em tempo real, identificando riscos, atrasos, no-show e inconsistências, atuando de forma preventiva e corretiva.

Realizar auditorias técnicas para aprovar ou reprovar serviços, garantindo conformidade e padronização.

Analisar não conformidades e apoiar a elaboração e acompanhamento de planos de ação.

Liderar a equipe de analistas e auxiliares, distribuindo demandas e acompanhando a produtividade e a qualidade das entregas.

Desenvolver a equipe por meio de indicadores de desempenho, reuniões periódicas e feedbacks.

Promover treinamentos e reciclagens, assegurando o cumprimento dos processos e padrões técnicos.

Acompanhar indicadores operacionais, como FTV, retrabalho, serviços reprovados e aderência a checklists.

Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Agendamento, Operação de Campo e Engenharia para garantir a eficiência dos processos.

Garantir a correta validação e registro das informações dos serviços, assegurando rastreabilidade e impacto positivo nos indicadores e faturamento.

Classificar tecnicamente ocorrências (no-show técnico, no-show cliente e mau uso), garantindo a correta aplicação das regras.

Identificar e propor melhorias nos processos de auditoria, validação e controle operacional, promovendo eficiência e melhoria contínua.

Requisitos

Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.

Pós-graduação em Logística, Qualidade ou áreas afins (desejável).

Conhecimento avançado em processos de validação, auditoria técnica e controle de qualidade.

Conhecimento em gestão de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e metodologias de melhoria contínua, como PDCA, 5 Porquês e Diagrama de Ishikawa.

Conhecimento em elétrica automotiva e sistemas embarcados (desejável).
