Estamos em busca de um(a) Supervisor(a) de Controle de Qualidade para atuar na gestão das atividades analíticas e laboratoriais, assegurando o cumprimento das Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF), dos procedimentos internos e dos requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis à indústria farmacêutica.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior completa em Farmácia, sendo obrigatória.
  • Experiência em Gestão do Controle de Qualidade na indústria farmacêutica.
  • Experiência prévia em gestão ou liderança de equipes.
  • Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF) e Boas Práticas de Laboratório.
  • Conhecimento em investigação de OOS/OOT, desvios, CAPA e controle de mudanças.
  • Experiência com revisão de documentação e resultados analíticos.
  • Conhecimento de técnicas e análises aplicáveis ao segmento farmacêutico.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas e ferramentas de gestão da qualidade.
  • Conhecimento de normas e requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis à indústria farmacêutica.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com HPLC, GC, espectrofotometria ou outras técnicas analíticas.
  • Vivência com sistemas informatizados de laboratório (LIMS).
  • Experiência em auditorias e inspeções regulatórias.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de análise de causa e melhoria contínua.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Supervisionar e orientar a equipe de Controle de Qualidade, promovendo o desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental dos colaboradores.
  • Coordenar as atividades de análises físico-químicas, microbiológicas e/ou demais ensaios aplicáveis aos produtos, matérias-primas, materiais e estudos de estabilidade.
  • Garantir o cumprimento da programação analítica e dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Avaliar e acompanhar resultados analíticos, incluindo investigações de resultados fora de especificação (OOS) e resultados fora de tendência (OOT).
  • Revisar e aprovar documentos, registros, especificações, métodos analíticos e relatórios, conforme os procedimentos internos e requisitos regulatórios.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das Boas Práticas de Laboratório e das Boas Práticas de Fabricação.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da área, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e implementando planos de ação.
  • Participar de investigações de desvios, não conformidades, reclamações e mudanças relacionadas ao Controle de Qualidade.
  • Garantir a disponibilidade, qualificação, calibração e manutenção dos equipamentos e instrumentos laboratoriais.
  • Acompanhar o controle de reagentes, padrões, materiais de laboratório e demais insumos utilizados nas análises.
  • Apoiar auditorias internas, inspeções de órgãos regulatórios e auditorias de clientes e fornecedores.
  • Promover a cultura de qualidade, segurança, integridade de dados e melhoria contínua dentro do laboratório.
