Deine Aufgaben

Neben dem laufenden Liniengeschäft suchen wir jemanden, der über den Tellerrand hinausdenkt: neue Partnerschaften aufbaut und Potenziale entdeckt, an die im Tagesgeschäft noch niemand gedacht hat. Während sich unsere SDRs auf die Qualifizierung von Leads innerhalb unseres bestehenden Zielmarkts konzentrieren, gehst du dorthin, wo wir heute noch keine Kunden oder Partner haben.

  • Proaktiv statt Gießkanne: Du sprichst Zielkunden ebenso wie potenzielle Partner:innen gezielt per Telefon, E-Mail und Social Media an. Das gilt für echte Kaltakquise genauso wie für das Wiederaufwärmen bestehender CRM-Leads: kein Massen-Mailing, sondern echte Gespräche.
  • Neuland statt Kerngeschäft: Anders als im klassischen Vertrieb gehst du aktiv auf die Suche nach Potenzialen komplett außerhalb unseres aktuellen Liniengeschäfts – neue Branchen, neue Anwendungsfälle, neue Kooperationsformen – und testest, ob und wie sich daraus ein tragfähiger Ansatz entwickeln lässt.
  • Vom Gespräch zur Demo: Das erste Kennenlernen führst du selbst. Läuft's gut, übergibst du an die passenden Account Executives für die Produkt-Demo.
  • Eigenverantwortlich organisiert: Du planst deine Termine selbst, inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung.

Dein Profil

  • Vertriebserfahrung: Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Business Development, idealerweise B2B oder SaaS – am Ende zählt Biss mehr als die perfekte Vita.
  • Telefon-Mut: Du gehst gern telefonisch auf Menschen zu, auch wenn (oder gerade weil) du nicht genau weißt, wie das Gespräch verläuft.
  • Unternehmerische Neugier: Du probierst lieber etwas Neues aus, als auf die perfekte Vorlage zu warten.
  • Verhandlungssicher auf Augenhöhe: Du überzeugst nicht nur potenzielle Kunden, sondern verhandelst auch mit Partnern als Gleiche unter Gleichen.
  • Musterkennung mit Kurskorrektur: Strukturiert genug, um aus Einzelgesprächen Muster zu erkennen – flexibel genug, um bei Bedarf schnell die Richtung zu ändern.
  • Teamplayer mit Ehrgeiz: Du willst gewinnen – aber nie allein.
