Die ArianeGroup GmbH in Lampoldshausen sucht ab sofort für die Abteilung „Mechanical Manufacturing“ einen „CNC-Programmierer (m/w/d)“ befristet für 2 Jahre.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben und Tätigkeiten:

  • Einfache CNC-Programme nach Zeichnungen aus der AV für Bearbeitung erstellen
  • Fertigungsablauf am Bildschirm simulieren, ggf. Fehler beheben
  • Werkstücke (z. B. Rohteil für Flughardware) einrichten
  • CNC-Maschine einrichten, ggf. umbauen und Spannfunktionen überprüfen
  • Werkzeuge (z. B. Bohrer, Fräser, Drehstahl, Elektrode) an Voreinstellgerät vermessen
  • Geeignete Werkzeuge auswählen und in CNC-Maschine einbringen
  • Erstmusterteil einfahren und vermessen
  • Kleinserien an konventionellen Maschinen herstellen
  • Teile vorbereiten zur Montage / Integration
  • Triebwerksteile an konventionellen Maschinen auf Maß fertigen
  • Flugteile unter dem Mikroskop begutachten und ggf. korrigieren

Sie besitzen folgende Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) / Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d) / Zerspannungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 1 - 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
