Description de l'offre :

Dans le cadre de sa campagne de stage, ArianeGroup recrute une Chargée / un Chargé de Re-Industrialisation d’une pièce en titane issue de fabrication additive (ALM).

Sous la responsabilité de votre maître de stage, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :

- Analyser la production end-to-end d’une pièce critique en Titane de turbopompe. Il s’agira notamment de construire une Valur Stream Mapping (VSM) à partir de l’observation active sur le terrain des différentes opérations pour ensuite analyser les performances OTOCOQ: On Time, On Costs, On Qualité. Pour la partie économique, il faudra mettre en œuvre des analyse PARETO afin de proposer des actions d’amélioration.

- Analyser l’intérêt d’industrialiser une nouvelle méthode de fabrication additive (nouvelle machine) : Risques (P-FMEA) & Opportunité (NRC).

- Réaliser l’étude Make or Buy et calculer le ROI de l’option Make.

- Fournir des données technico-économiques pour consolider la stratégie industrielle fabrication additive du groupe.

Qualifications :

Vous souhaitez réaliser un stage au sein d’ArianeGroup et vous préparez un diplôme BAC +5 avec une spécialité en Fabrication additive et soustractive - Industrialisation.

Vous possédez des connaissances en CFAO, Méthodes Engineering, Machine-Outils, Usinage de pièces métalliques (métaux durs), Contrôle 3D et CND.

Votre niveau d’anglais est bon (lu, écrit et parlé).

Situé à proximité du Campus de l'Espace, le site ArianeGroup de Vernon regroupe plus de 900 salariés travaillant sur des installations de pointe au service de nos activités spatiales. Le site de Vernon conçoit, intègre et teste l'ensemble de ses moteurs cryotechniques pour lanceurs spatiaux dont les moteurs à oxygène et hydrogène liquides, Vulcain 2.1 et Vinci, pour Ariane 6. Le site est composé de 2 implantations : le centre administratif et technique et le centre d'essai, séparés de 2 kms. Le site dispose d'un restaurant d'entreprise et d'un CSE dynamique avec de nombreux avantages et sections associatives. De plus, les lancements Ariane 6 assurés par Arianespace sont retransmis sur le site. Le site est accessible avec le train sur la ligne Rouen - Paris (Arrêt Vernon - Giverny) et dispose d'un parking sécurisé pour les salariés.
