Description de l'offre : Dans le cadre de sa campagne de stage, ArianeGroup recrute une Ingénieure / un Ingénieur dans le secteur Fabrication pour intervenir sur la conduite d'une démarche 5S et des sujets d'amélioration continue.

Le département Production de Vernon produit principalement les moteurs du lanceur Ariane 6 mais également des pièces pour le Moteur M88 du Rafale.

Sous la responsabilité de votre maître de stage, vous participerez aux missions suivantes : - Participation aux chantiers d'améliorations continues et suivi des actions (management visuel, organisation, implantation atelier, mesure de performance, digitalisation, mesure de disponibilité des moyens) - Déploiement de la méthodologie 5S dans l'atelier de fabrication de Vernon - Planification et compte-rendu d'avancement des actions associée à ces démarches

Amélioration de la planification, l’exécution et le suivi de la maintenance de niveau 1 :

- Optimisation des processus de maintenance de niveau 1 sur les moyens de fabrication.

- Amélioration des livrets de maintenance et gammes de niveau 1 et définition du processus de validation

- Accompagner les opérateurs aux bons renseignements de la GMAO pour les rendre autonomes en termes de réalisation et de suivi de la maintenance de niveau 1.

- Définition du plan de formation des opérateurs

- Affichage des maintenances sur des écrans de supervision.

Qualifications : Vous souhaitez réaliser un stage au sein d’ArianeGroup et préparez un diplôme BAC +4/5/césure avec une spécialité en production. Vous possédez des connaissances en 5S, Lean, chantier d'amélioration (DMAIC) ou encore en management de projet.

Situé à proximité du Campus de l'Espace, le site ArianeGroup de Vernon regroupe plus de 900 salariés travaillant sur des installations de pointe au service de nos activités spatiales. Le site de Vernon conçoit, intègre et teste l'ensemble de ses moteurs cryotechniques pour lanceurs spatiaux dont les moteurs à oxygène et hydrogène liquides, Vulcain 2.1 et Vinci, pour Ariane 6. Le site est composé de 2 implantations : le centre administratif et technique et le centre d'essai, séparés de 2 kms. Le site dispose d'un restaurant d'entreprise et d'un CSE dynamique avec de nombreux avantages et sections associatives. De plus, les lancements Ariane 6 assurés par Arianespace sont retransmis sur le site. Le site est accessible avec le train sur la ligne Rouen - Paris (Arrêt Vernon - Giverny) et dispose d'un parking sécurisé pour les salariés.
