Dans le cadre de sa campagne de stage, ArianeGroup recrute une Technicienne / un Technicien en amélioration continue et communication.

Au sein du département Production de Composites, le service industrialise et produit les matériaux et pièces composites des tuyères, propulseurs et lanceurs développés par ArianeGroup. Les activités principales incluent :

  • La production de matériaux et pièces composites
  • L'industrialisation de solutions innovantes

Sous la responsabilité de votre tuteur, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :

  • Participer à l'amélioration continue de l'unité de production
  • Participer à l'amélioration de la communication au sein de l'unité de production
  • Redynamiser la communication locale (dans les ateliers)
  • Imaginer et déployer de nouvelles manières de partager l’information au sein de l’unité de production (animation des écrans, organisation d'événements, etc.)
  • Refonte visuelle des vitrines : Concevoir des affichages clairs et modernes (utilisation de l’impression 3D)
  • Faire vivre les espaces collaboratifs (Confluence)

Qualifications :

Vous souhaitez réaliser un stage au sein d’ArianeGroup et préparez un diplôme BAC +3 à BAC +4 avec une spécialité en communication, gestion de projet, ou amélioration continue.

Vous possédez des connaissances en :

  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office)
  • Appétence pour les outils de création comme Canva
  • Aisance rédactionnelle et orthographe irréprochable

Votre niveau d’anglais est courant. Vous êtes une personne autonome, curieuse et proactive ? Cette offre est faite pour vous ! 🚀

Situé proche de la métropole Bordelaise, le site de Haillan regroupe plus de 1000 salariés travaillant sur des installations de pointe au service de nos activités défenses et civiles. A votre arrivée, vous aurez l'occasion de visiter certaines d'entre-elles. Le site dispose d'un restaurant d'entreprise d'installations sportives communes avec les autres sites aquitains et d'un CSE dynamique avec de nombreuses sections associatives et avantages associés.

Les lancements assurés par Arianespace sont retransmis sur le site, un musée expliquant l'histoire d'Ariane et les spécificités des pièces produites au Haillan est aussi ouvert et en libre-accès.

Le site se situe dans l'AeroParc de Bordeaux. L'arrêt "Ariane" des bus N°30 et 39 se situe en face du site. Un parking auto/moto sécurisé est également disponible pour tous les salariés.
