Job Description Summary

Aristocrat seeks a hardworking Digital Content Management Specialist to manage metadata, develop taxonomy, and govern assets within our enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform (Adobe AEM Assets and Perforce). This position plays a crucial role in organizing digital media content to be governed, discoverable, reusable, and compliant. It enables scalable content reuse among our game studios and products. By joining the team, you will support Enterprise Content Operations by helping build a single source of truth for digital assets and unlocking content value across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain enterprise metadata schemas, taxonomy frameworks, naming conventions, and tagging standards across all digital assets.
  • Ensure assets are consistently categorized, searchable, and reusable across studios, marketing, and product teams.
  • Define and enforce metadata governance, controlled vocabularies, and asset classification structures to support enterprise content standards.
  • Manage asset lifecycle processes including ingestion, classification, versioning, archiving, and retirement.
  • Conduct regular asset audits to identify duplicate, outdated, or poorly tagged content and drive remediation.
  • Ensure compliance with usage rights, licensing requirements, brand standards, and asset governance policies.
  • Support DAM operations including asset upload, cataloguing, organization, and structure within AEM Assets.
  • Boost asset discoverability and reuse through analysis of search behavior, usage patterns, and metadata quality.
  • Collaborate with game studios' creative groups, marketing, and product units to assist with asset intake, tagging, and reuse.
  • Support workflow definition for content ingestion, review, approval, and cross-channel distribution.
  • Develop and maintain DAM guidelines, documentation, and user mentorship.
  • Provide training and support to business users on metadata standards, search practices, and DAM usage.
  • Collaborate with IT and technology teams to ensure DAM configuration supports taxonomy and governance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of metadata quality, asset reuse, and content operations efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Over 3 years' experience in digital asset management, content operations, or metadata/information management.
  • Experience working with enterprise DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Aprimo, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of metadata management, taxonomy development, and content classification principles.
  • Experience developing and enforcing naming conventions, tagging standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of digital content workflows including creative, marketing, and asset production processes.
  • Understanding of rights management, licensing, and compliance related to digital assets.
  • Strong attention to detail with a clear focus on data quality and consistency.
  • Ability to work across distributed teams including studios, marketing, product, and technology functions.
  • Strong communication and collaborator engagement skills.
  • Experience in training and enabling users in DAM guidelines and procedures.
  • Background in information management, digital media, library science, or related fields is highly regarded.

Digital Content Supply Chain Focus

As a Digital Content Management Specialist, you will be tasked with structuring and managing digital assets to facilitate content reuse across various channels. You will lead efforts to maintain high-quality metadata and consistent taxonomy for better asset discoverability and reuse. You will contribute to enterprise governance by establishing the DAM as the single authoritative source for digital content. This supports content lifecycle insight, workflow harmonization, and operational improvements. The position is essential for AI preparedness by guaranteeing assets are tagged, classified, and governed to enable automated and intelligent content operations. Success is measured by enhanced asset reuse, improved search results, metadata completeness, and increased content throughput and efficiency.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
