Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kaschieren von Steinwoll‑Rohrschalen gemäß definierter Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Aufbringen und Wechseln der Folien nach Einschulung
  • Selbstständiges Rüsten und Bedienen der Kaschieranlage
  • Beurteilung der Produktqualität während des laufenden Prozesses
  • Verpacken der Rohrschalen sowie Kennzeichnung der Kartonagen
  • Aufbringen des Schichtstempels und Vermerk der Dimensionen
  • Verbringen fertiger Kartonagen und Paletten ins Lager
  • Sorgfältiges Ausfüllen der täglichen Produktionsmeldungen inkl. Dokumentation von Abweichungen

Ihr Profil

  • Keine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung erforderlich
  • Keine einschlägige Berufserfahrung notwendig
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in der Steinwollproduktion
  • Sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Verständnis für Qualitätsanforderungen in der Produktion
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsvorgaben und Nutzung der vorgeschriebenen PSA
  • Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Offenheit zur Mitarbeit bei der Einführung des WAM‑Projekts
