Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et sensible aux sujets de santé, de prévention et de qualité de vie au travail ?

Rejoins Armatis Touraine en tant qu'Assistant(e) RH Santé & Qualité de Vie au Travail et contribue activement au bien-être, à l'inclusion et à l'accompagnement de nos équipes.

📍 CDD 12 mois 📅 Du lundi au vendredi

✨Concrètement, tu feras quoi ?

Aux côtés de l'équipe RH, tu contribueras à créer un environnement de travail toujours plus inclusif et bienveillant ✅

• Gérer l'administratif RH au quotidien, • Contribuer au projet de prévention des risques psychosociaux (RPS), • Assurer le suivi des visites médicales et la relation avec la médecine du travail, • Accompagner les actions liées à la santé, à la sécurité et aux conditions de travail, • Participer aux groupes de travail QVCT et inclusion, • Assurer le suivi des situations RQTH en toute confidentialité, • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié de CAP Emploi, • Participer à la gestion administrative de la formation.
