🏦 Votre mission

En tant que Conseiller·ère Clientèle Bancaire, vous accompagnez les clients à distance et leur apportez une assistance personnalisée, claire et professionnelle.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené·e à :

✅ Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone et par e-mail ✅ Les accompagner dans l’utilisation des services bancaires en ligne ✅ Les assister dans leurs opérations bancaires courantes ✅ Apporter des réponses précises concernant leurs comptes, moyens de paiement et démarches ✅ Traiter les demandes avec rigueur, confidentialité et professionnalisme ✅ Garantir une expérience client fluide et de qualité

Il ne s’agit pas d’un poste commercial : votre rôle est avant tout de conseiller, rassurer et accompagner les clients.

💰 Ce que nous vous proposons

💼 Contrat de travail à temps plein 💶 Salaire fixe : 953 € brut/mois 🎯 Prime mensuelle de performance pouvant aller jusqu’à 125 € 🍽️ Chèques repas : 6 € net par jour travaillé 📚 Formation rémunérée de 3 semaines 🤝 Accompagnement personnalisé dès votre arrivée 📈 Perspectives d’évolution vers des fonctions d’expertise ou de management

📅 Horaires de travail

🕐 Du lundi au vendredi, sur une amplitude horaire comprise entre 7h00 et 19h00 🕐 Le samedi, sur une amplitude horaire comprise entre 8h00 et 17h00, selon un système de rotation 🏖️ Deux jours de repos par semaine : le dimanche est toujours libre, ainsi qu’un autre jour de repos variable
