► Tes missions chez Armatis :

· Conseiller et assurer un service client de qualité par téléphone, par e-mail ou par chat

· Fournir des informations précises sur les produits et services

· Satisfaire et résoudre les problèmes des clients

· Traiter les commandes, effectuer les suivis et gérer les éventuels litiges

· Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de nos processus en partageant tes suggestions et en apportant des idées novatrices
