  • Kontakt z klientami poprzez telefon, chat i wiadomości – pomożesz im sprawnie zaplanować i zorganizować podróż,
  • Wsparcie w tematach związanych z biletami lotniczymi, hotelami, ubezpieczeniami podróżnymi i wynajmem samochodów,
  • Pomoc w wyborze odpowiednich rozwiązań i odpowiadanie na pytania dotyczące organizacji podróży,
  • Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów i dbanie o to, aby kontakt z klientem był pozytywnym doświadczeniem,
  • Praca z systemami oraz bazą wiedzy – narzędzia, testy i materiały są dostępne w języku angielskim.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B1,
  • Sprawna obsługa komputera i gotowość do nauki nowych systemów,
  • Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne i nastawienie na pomoc klientowi,
  • Dyspozycyjność minimum 130 godzin miesięcznie,
  • Gotowość do współpracy minimum 3–4 dni weekendowe w miesiącu oraz około 8–10 zmian popołudniowych w miesiącu,
  • Stabilne łącze internetowe,
  • Gotowość do udziału w 32-dniowym szkoleniu.
