Aider un client à retrouver son colis, résoudre un problème de code promotionnel ou l'accompagner dans la découverte de nouveaux services : c'est ça, être chargé(e) de clientèle chez Armatis.

Par téléphone, e-mail ou chat, vous accompagnez les clients de nos partenaires et contribuez chaque jour à leur satisfaction.

🎯Vos missions

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients avant, pendant et après leur achat.
  • Apporter des solutions adaptées et garantir une expérience client de qualité.
  • Gérer les échanges par téléphone, e-mail, chat et réseaux sociaux.
  • Développer une relation de confiance avec les clients et partenaires.
  • Accompagner l'activité sur le marché allemand grâce à vos compétences linguistiques.

👤Votre profil

  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais à un niveau B2 minimum.
  • Vous aimez le contact client et avez le sens du service.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques.
  • Vous faites preuve d'écoute, de réactivité et d'esprit d'équipe.
  • Une première expérience en relation client est un plus.

💼Ce que nous vous proposons

  • CDI 35h/semaine
  • Salaire annuel brut : 22 404,24 €
  • Prime de langue de 70 € à 150 € brut/mois selon votre niveau
  • Variable mensuel jusqu'à 100 € brut
  • Horaires compris entre 8h45 et 19h00 du lundi au samedi
