En tant que Conseiller Clientèle, tu seras le point de contact privilégié de nos clients et contribueras à leur offrir une expérience fluide et positive.

Au quotidien, tu seras amené(e) à :

✅ Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, e-mail ou chat ✅ Accompagner les clients dans la résolution de leurs demandes ✅ Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers ✅ Garantir une expérience client de qualité ✅ Respecter les procédures et objectifs définis
