🎯 Armatis Villeneuve d'Ascq recherche son/sa futur(e) Technicien(ne) Systèmes et Réseaux

Vous intégrerez une équipe au cœur du fonctionnement informatique de l'entreprise, avec un poste polyvalent qui combine support utilisateurs, exploitation, supervision des infrastructures et amélioration continue.

Vous êtes le premier relais lorsqu'un utilisateur rencontre une difficulté informatique.

Votre quotidien :

  • Prendre en charge les incidents, de leur ouverture jusqu'à leur résolution.
  • Identifier et qualifier les demandes des utilisateurs.
  • Réaliser des opérations de télémaintenance.
  • Installer et configurer les postes de travail.
  • Gérer les comptes, accès, mots de passe, boîtes mail et logiciels.
  • Diagnostiquer les incidents et rechercher les solutions adaptées.
  • Escalader les incidents lorsque nécessaire et assurer leur suivi.

Votre objectif : permettre aux utilisateurs de travailler dans les meilleures conditions possibles.

👀 50 % Exploitation & supervision IT

Vous ne vous contentez pas de résoudre les incidents : vous contribuez également au bon fonctionnement de notre environnement informatique.

Vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Superviser les infrastructures et détecter les incidents.
  • Contrôler les services, sauvegardes et capacités.
  • Appliquer les procédures d'exploitation et de maintenance.
  • Participer à la sécurité et au respect des exigences IT.
  • Réaliser l'inventaire et assurer le suivi des équipements.
  • Analyser les problèmes avant escalade.
  • Être un relais en cas d'incident majeur ou critique.

🔎 Votre capacité d'analyse vous permet d'anticiper les problèmes et de contribuer à la continuité du service.

Vous participerez également à la vie et à l'évolution de notre environnement informatique.

Vous pourrez notamment :

  • Participer aux évolutions des infrastructures IT.
  • Contribuer aux opérations de recette.
  • Mettre à jour la documentation technique.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue du service informatique.

Vous disposez d'une première expérience en support informatique, helpdesk ou administration systèmes.

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances de :

  • Windows
  • Réseaux
  • Environnement IT
