Mit diesen Aufgaben trägst Du zum Erfolg bei

Bei Deinem Praktikum unterstützt Du unser Sales-Team bei der Betreuung unserer Firmenkunden - mit allem, was dazu gehört:

  • Du beantwortest Anfragen unserer Großkunden zu Lieferungen, Rücksendungen und Nachbestellungen sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
  • Du stehst unseren Einzelhändlern am Telefon mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
  • Du erfasst Aufträge und verwaltest diese in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem.
  • Du wirkst im Muster‐Management mit & übernimmst administrative Aufgaben.
  • Du unterstützt unseren Außendienst in unserem Kölner Showroom.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Du studierst aktuell ein mode- oder wirtschaftsnahes Studienfach und kannst uns im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums ab Dezember für 6 Monate unterstützen.
  • Vorzugsweise hast Du bereits erste Praxiserfahrungen in der Textilbranche gesammelt.
  • Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutsch und fließende Englischkenntnisse.
  • Die gängigen MS Office‐Anwendungen sind Dir vertraut.
  • Bestenfalls hast Du schon Anwenderkenntnisse in Warenwirtschaftssystemen.
