Sobre o cargo

  • Apoiar as atividades operacionais de Fulfillment e da cadeia de suprimentos, contribuindo para a organização e eficiência dos processos logísticos.
  • Auxiliar no controle e acompanhamento dos estoques, apoiando os registros de movimentação de materiais e equipamentos.
  • Participar da organização e realização de inventários, contribuindo para a conferência e atualização das informações de estoque.
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de pedidos, expedições e entregas, verificando prazos e identificando possíveis ocorrências.
  • Auxiliar na análise de processos logísticos, contribuindo para a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Apoiar a organização e atualização de planilhas, controles e indicadores relacionados às operações logísticas.
  • Contribuir para o acompanhamento das atividades de fornecedores e parceiros logísticos.
  • Colaborar com diferentes áreas da empresa para garantir o alinhamento das informações e o andamento das demandas operacionais.
  • Participar de iniciativas de melhoria contínua, contribuindo com ideias e sugestões para otimizar as atividades da área.

O que você precisa ter

  • Ensino Superior em andamento em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.
  • Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos sobre cadeia de suprimentos, gestão de estoques e processos logísticos.
  • Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.

Local de trabalho: Faria Lima – São Paulo/SP

Modelo de trabalho: Presencial.

Horário de estágio:

  • Preferencialmente: das 14h às 18h.
  • Horário alternativo: das 9h às 16h
