Wir beraten Vorstände, Geschäftsführer, Personalverantwortliche und Rechtsabteilungen und vertreten sie vor Behörden, gerichtlich und außergerichtlich. Wir verstehen ihre Herausforderungen, bringen die erforderliche Expertise an den Tisch und gestalten gemeinsam die Lösung. Dabei arbeiten wir interdisziplinär und strategisch, mehrwertorientiert, umsetzungsstark und pragmatisch.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Enge Einbindung in die Mandatsarbeit durch Vor- und Nachbereitung von Mandantenterminen oder Begleitung von Prozessen
  • Rechercheaufträge zu Fragen aus dem gesamten Individual- und Kollektivarbeitsrecht und verbundenen Rechtsgebieten, wie betriebliche Altersversorgung und Datenschutz
  • Unterstützung bei arbeitsrechtlichen Due Diligence Prozessen im Rahmen von M&A-Transaktionen
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Newslettern sowie internen und externen Memos
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen für Mandanten oder Seminare sowie von Pitches

Ihr Profil

  • Überdurchschnittlicher Abschluss des ersten Staatsexamens
  • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und Abläufen sowie arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Verfügbarkeit an mindestens drei Tagen pro Woche
