Bei uns wirken Sie aktiv am Aufbau unserer neuen Fokusgruppe Regulatory mit und arbeiten am Puls der Zeit. Sie sind sofort selbstständig und für unsere Mandanten tätig und erhalten dabei umfassende Einblicke in die anwaltliche Tätigkeit. Denn wir bieten unseren Mandanten nicht nur strategische Cutting-Edge-Beratung und die Begleitung von Großprojekten, sondern vertreten sie auch in Gerichts- und Verwaltungsverfahren. Erfahrungen werden Sie auch im M&A-Geschäft sammeln können, denn hier decken wir die öffentliche-rechtliche Seite mit ab. Das bietet Ihnen hervorragende und prägende Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bei einer Vergütung auf dem Niveau von Großkanzleien.

Inhaltlich erfasst unsere Arbeit im Bereich Regulatory in Düsseldorf und Berlin die gesamte Bandbreite des öffentlichen Wirtschaftsrechts, wobei unsere Kernkompetenzen im europäischen und deutschen Umwelt- und Planungsrecht, Energierecht und Produktrecht liegen. Geprägt wird unsere Arbeit dabei vor allem durch den EU Green Deal, der die gesamte Regulierung derzeit auf Nachhaltigkeit ausrichtet. Unser Anspruch ist es, Unternehmen und die öffentliche Hand so vorausschauend und individuell zu beraten, dass sie im Wettbewerb bestehen und die grüne Wende möglichst positiv für sich und die Gesellschaft gestalten können. Unsere Mandanten kommen aus der (erneuerbaren) Energie-, Infrastruktur- und Verkehrsbranche, dem Medizinprodukte-, Lebensmittel- und Kosmetikbereich, sowie aus der Technologie- und der Digitalbranche. Nationale und internationale Unternehmen zählen genauso zu unseren Mandanten wie Kommunen und Verbände. Genau das macht unsere Arbeit so spannend.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unmittelbare Einbindung in die strategische Beratung zu aktuellen Regulierungsvorgaben, wie zur Kreislaufwirtschaft, Product Compliance, Lieferketten, Digitalisierungs- und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
  • Enge Begleitung bei gerichtlicher und außergerichtlicher Prozessführung, insbesondere in den Bereichen Energie und Produkthaftung
  • Unterstützung bei der regulatorischen Begleitung von Transaktionen, Großprojekten und Gründungen
  • Examensrelevante Recherchetätigkeiten zum Zivil- und vor allem zum Verwaltungsprozessrecht sowie zum europäischen und nationalen Regulierungsrecht

Ihr Profil

  • Überdurchschnittlicher Abschluss des ersten Staatsexamens
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Interesse an regulatorischen Themen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Freude an der Arbeit in großen Teams
  • Verfügbarkeit an mindestens zwei Tagen pro Woche
