Bei Arvana bauen wir die erste AI-native Go-To-Market-Firma in DACH. Seit 2024 sind wir auf über 5 Mio. € ARR und 30+ Leute im Team gewachsen, mit über 200 B2B-Tech-Unternehmen wie FreeNow, Swisscom, smapOne, telli und Ivy als Kunden.

Wir glauben, dass die Zukunft von GTM nicht in mehr Manpower liegt, sondern in besseren Systemen. Als Werkstudent im GTM-Team baust du diese Systeme direkt mit, neben deinem Studium und mit echter Verantwortung für Kundenprojekte.

Aufgaben

  • Du baust Leadlisten und Outbound-Kampagnen für unsere Kunden in Clay und weiteren modernen GTM-Tools
  • Du reicherst Daten an und recherchierst mit KI relevante Signale wie Funding, Job Changes oder eingesetzte Software
  • Du schreibst personalisierte Outreach-Sequenzen für E-Mail und LinkedIn
  • Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Abläufe mit n8n, Claude Code oder ähnlichen Tools
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren GTM Engineers zusammen und bringst eigene Ideen ins interne GTM-Playbook ein

Qualifikation

  • Studium: Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und kannst 15–20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten, idealerweise für mindestens 12 Monate
  • Technisches Mindset: Du hast keine Angst vor neuen Tools und arbeitest dich schnell in Clay, n8n oder Claude Code ein, oder hast das bereits getan
  • Arbeitsweise: Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und packst Probleme selbst an, ohne auf Anweisungen zu warten
  • Sprache: Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und schreibst klar und überzeugend
  • Motivation: Du willst GTM Engineering von Grund auf lernen und langfristig mit uns wachsen

1. Coffee Chat Nach deiner Bewerbung melden wir uns schnell bei dir. Im ersten Schritt lernen wir uns in einem kurzen, lockeren Gespräch kennen.

2. Personal Fit Im zweiten Gespräch lernen wir dich richtig kennen und erfahren, was dich antreibt. Gleichzeitig zeigen wir dir, wie wir bei Arvana arbeiten, und beantworten alle deine Fragen.

3. Case Study vor Ort Du bekommst eine kleine Aufgabe aus unserem Alltag, z.B. eine Leadliste in Clay, und hast dafür mindestens 2–3 Tage Zeit. Präsentieren wirst du sie in unserem Office in der Rosenstraße 17. Dort lernst du die Gründer Arne und Mirco persönlich kennen und kannst mit dem Team quatschen. In ca. 90 Minuten nehmen wir dich tief mit in unsere Prozesse, unsere Mission und den Business-Plan und geben dir einen 360-Grad-Einblick. Danach melden wir uns innerhalb von 2 Tagen bei dir. Wenn alles passt, freuen wir uns, dich im Team zu begrüßen!
