Deine Aufgaben

  • In dieser wichtigen Funktion bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Controlling-Team in Deutschland und unserer Konzernmutter in Österreich
  • Du übernimmst die disziplinarische Führung für unser Controlling-Team mit elf Kolleg:innen
  • Dabei verantwortest du die Budgetplanung und die quartalsweisen Forecasts aller Gesellschaften
  • Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für das Reporting der Monatsabschlüsse und stellst ein zuverlässiges internes und externes Reporting sicher
  • Darüber hinaus bist du verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Überwachung des Cash-Forecasts, Working Capital sowie unserer Bilanzplanung
  • Außerdem erstellst du notwendige Abweichungsanalysen, Präsentationen und ad-hoc Analysen

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Fachrichtung BWL oder Finanzen
  • Erste Führungserfahrungen sind ein Muss für diese Position
  • Du bringst grundlegendes Verständnis in IFRS mit
  • Sichere Kenntnisse der Zusammenhänge von GuV, Cashflow und Bilanz sind Voraussetzung
  • Die Verarbeitung von Daten mittels Excel zählt zu deinen Kernkompetenzen und du konntest idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem SAP Hana sammeln
  • Die Arbeit in Konzernstrukturen sowie die Umsetzung entsprechender Reporting-Anforderungen sind für dich kein Neuland
