Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst HR-Richtlinien, Governance-Standards und Betriebsvereinbarungen weiter und sorgst für deren konzernweite Umsetzung
  • Du berätst Führungskräfte und HR zu arbeitsrechtlichen sowie tariflichen Fragen
  • Du leitest oder unterstützt in strategischen HR-Projekten, beispielsweise zu Entgelttransparenz, Arbeitszeiterfassung oder Langzeitkonten
  • Du verhandelst mit Betriebsräten und weiteren Gremien in einer konsistenten Verhandlungslinie und Kommunikation
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für arbeitsgerichtliche Fälle in einem definierten Bereich
  • Du unterstützt bei Tarifverhandlungen und vertrittst den Bereich Arbeitsrecht und Grundsatzfragen

Dein Profil

  • Volljurist (2. Staatsexamen), idealerweise Syndikusrechtsanwalt/-anwältin
  • Mindestens sechs Jahre Berufserfahrung im Arbeitsrecht bzw. Human Resources
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht sowie idealerweise im Tarifrecht
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen
  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie sicheres Auftreten
