Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Syndikus Steuerberater:in / Tax Manager:in bist du für die Prüfung und Vorbereitung von Umsatzsteuer, Körperschaftsteuer und Gewerbesteuer-Themen im gesamten Unternehmen verantwortlich
  • Außerdem übernimmst du die Kontrolle steuerlicher Risiken bei Intercompany-Verrechnungen, Mieten, Management Fees und sonstigen Leistungsbeziehungen innerhalb der Gruppe inklusive Erstellung der Verrechnungspreisdokumentation
  • Du bist zuständig für Betreuung der Betriebsprüfungen und die Kommunikation mit den Finanzbehörden
  • Du wirkst bei der Jahresabschlusserstellung im Rahmen der latenten Steuern mit und unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Entscheidungen
  • Die steuerliche Begleitung von Investitionen, Finanzierungen und gesellschaftsrechtlichen Strukturfragen liegt ebenfalls in deinem Aufgabenbereich
  • Zu guter Letzt bist du erste:r Ansprechperson für externe Steuerberatungen, Rechtsanwält:innen und weiteren Beratungsstellen

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung oder vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten mit
  • Dein Examen zum:zur Steuerberater:in oder Qualifikation als Diplom-Finanzwirt:in hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Da du die Schnittstelle zu vielen externen Beratungen bist, solltest du eine überdurchschnittliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit besitzen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sehr gutes Zeitmanagement und Organisationsgeschick setzen wir voraus
