Aufgaben

Was wir erwarten: Als Bilanzbuchhalter halten Sie unsere Finanzen stabil und gesund. Wir brauchen Ihr Adlerauge für den Jahresabschluss und Ihr Herz für unsere soziale Mission.

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung aller laufender Geschäftsvorfälle im Kreditoren- und Debitorenbereich inkl. Stammdatenpflege und Anlagenbuchhaltung für verschiedene Mandanten
  • Abrechnung von Leistungen mit Kostenträgern und sonstigen Abrechnungen
  • Abwicklung und Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge und Sicherstellung des Debitorenmanagements (Mahnwesen, Forderungsmanagement) sowie Zahlungsausgänge
  • Selbständige Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen sowie Mitwirkung an Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Analyse von Auswertungen und Statistiken

Profil

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Finanzbuchhalter:in, Kaufmann/-frau für Bürommagement, Steuerfachangestellte:r
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit Buchhaltungsprogrammen, vorzugsweise mit DATEV
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse auf Muttersprachenniveau
