Aufgaben

  • Gestaltung und Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen und rechtskonformen Ausbildung,
  • erster Ansprechpartner für die Auszubildenden auf der Wache,
  • Verantwortung für die rechtzeitige und korrekte Einweisung,
  • Kontrolle der jeweiligen Lernziele der Praktikanten und Auszubildenden und Dokumentation gemäß den rechtlichen Anforderungen und der betrieblichen Vorgaben,
  • Unterrichtung der Mitarbeiter in der Weiterbildung zum Notfallsanitäter (außerschulisch) und Vorbereitung auf die Ergänzungsprüfung bzw. das Vollexamen,
  • Kommunikation mit Praktikanten, externen Partnern und Dienstleistern sowie unseren Führungskräften sowie Unterrichtung der Leitung Rettungsdienst zum aktuellen Stand Ihrer Tätigkeit sowie möglichen Verbesserung von Prozessen, Materialien und Geräten,
  • Abwesenheitsvertretung anderer Praxisanleiter gemäß der Vertretungsmatrix,
  • aktive Teilnahme am Einsatzdienst.

Profil

  • abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Praxisanleiter im Gesundheitswesen sowie eine fachlich-medizinische Qualifikation als Notfallsanitäter (m/w/d),
  • mind. zweijährige Berufserfahrung,
  • gesundheitliche Eignung für den Rettungsdienst,
  • Führerschein Klasse C1 von Vorteil,
  • Teamgeist, Aufgeschlossenheit und Zuverlässigkeit.
