Od ponad 20 lat dostarczamy nowoczesne rozwiązania technologiczne dla wiodących instytucji finansowych w Polsce i za granicą łącząc orientację biznesową z wysokimi standardami: posiadamy ISO, pracujemy zgodnie z DORA, RODO i wymaganiami branżowymi. Dodatkowo wykorzystujemy AI nie tylko do zwiększania efektywności, ale też do budowania nowych kompetencji i rozwijania nowoczesnych sposobów pracy.

Aktualnie poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Solution Manager, która dołączy do naszego zespołu i wzmocni naszą ofertę dla obszaru bankowości.

  • Bardzo dobrze znasz sektor bankowy (corporate / SME / retail banking)
  • Masz doświadczenie w pracy client-facing, w tym presales lub sprzedaży konsultacyjnej
  • Posiadasz silne kompetencje w zakresie product thinking
  • Umiesz analizować rynek i konkurence
  • Masz doświadczenie w przekładaniu potrzeb biznesowych na rozwiązania
  • Możesz pochwalić się roświadczeniem w obszarach: digital banking dla firm payments / cash management lending onboarding klientów biznesowych bankowość transakcyjna open banking / API banking
  • Znasz rozwiązania technologicznych dla sektora finansowego

Dodatkowo cenimy:

  • Jeśli w codziennej pracy wykorzystujesz AI do pracy z wymaganiami i wiedzą projektową oraz współtworzysz nowoczesne podejście do analizy w środowisku projektowym.
  • Jeśli posiadasz doświadczenie w pracy przy systemach, w których funkcjonalności AI są integralną częścią rozwiązania — w tym przy projektowaniu i analizie zastosowań opartych o modele językowe.
  • Współpracować z klientami z sektora bankowego (corporate / SME / retail)
  • Identyfikować potrzeby biznesowe klientów i przekładanie ich na rozwiązania
  • Analizować rynek, trendy i konkurencję
  • Tworzyć koncepcje rozwiązań i ofert dopasowanych do klientów
  • Wspierać proces sprzedaży (presales, sprzedaż konsultacyjna)
  • Przygotowywać materiały ofertowe, RFI/RFP oraz prezentacje
  • Prowadzić warsztaty i spotkania z klientami
  • Współpracować z zespołami produktowymi i technologicznymi
