For over 20 years, we have been delivering innovative technology solutions for leading financial institutions in Poland and abroad, combining a business-oriented approach with the highest industry standards. We are ISO-certified and operate in compliance with DORA, GDPR, and other financial industry regulations. We also leverage AI not only to improve efficiency but also to build new competencies and foster modern ways of working.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Business Unit and strengthening our team to support both current and future projects. We are currently working on a project focused on developing applications that support insurance claims adjusters and streamline the claims handling process.

We are currently looking for a Java Developer to join one of our teams delivering projects for a client in the insurance sector.

  • Collaborate with the client throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in software development activities, including solution design, implementation of the user interface, and business application logic.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and software quality through code reviews and team collaboration.
  • Develop and enhance products created by our company.
  • Work closely with other team members in an agile environment.
  • Have at least 4 years of commercial software development experience, including experience with microservices architecture.
  • Design and develop applications using Java.
  • Have hands-on experience with the Angular framework.
  • Work daily with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).
  • Are familiar with relational databases (SQL, PL/SQL).
  • Are interested in working with technologies such as Docker, Ansible, Apache Camel, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and IBM MQ.
  • Have experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Enjoy learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with others.
  • Are a team player.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Are goal-oriented, proactive, and persistent in solving problems.

Additionally, we value:

  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Experience using AI technologies to support software development.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration platforms (e.g. Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and principles (SOLID, DRY, Clean Code).
