1.本科学历，具有3年以上MEMS传感器/半导体可靠性经验，熟悉AEC-Q100、JEDEC、ISO 26262标准 2.了解IMU相关的指标，特性及可靠性要求 3.了解可靠性的相关标准，确保可靠性测试结构的准确设计 4.熟悉了解半导体器件和工艺，统计过程控制，可靠性原理等 5.了解制程与产品可靠性相关标准和评判规则 6.具有MEMS器件可靠性测试工作经验，能够独立完成相关器件的测试分析工作
