1、负责IMU芯片功能安全相关文档编写，推动产品功能安全认证。 2、负责IMU芯片功能安全相关测试验证方案的制定与落地，覆盖需求分析、测试计划、测试用例、测试执行与问题闭环。 3、根据ISO 26262等功能安全标准，参与芯片安全机制验证，包括但不限于电源监控、时钟监控、温度监控、ECC/BIST、看门狗、自检、故障注入、报警链路等。 4、负责芯片级、模块级、系统级功能安全测试，验证安全机制在正常工况、异常工况和故障工况下的有效性与诊断覆盖率。 5、搭建和维护功能安全测试平台，包括ATE、实验室台架、板级验证环境、自动化脚本及数据分析工具。 6、设计并执行故障注入测试，评估芯片对随机硬件故障、时序异常、电压异常、时钟异常、通信异常等场景的检测与响应能力。 7、负责功能安全相关测试文档输出，包括测试计划、测试规范、测试报告、问题单、追溯矩阵和安全验证证据。 8、与设计、DFT、系统、软件、质量和功能安全团队协同，推进问题定位、根因分析和整改验证。 9、支持产品功能安全认证、客户审核及项目交付所需的验证材料准备。

1、本科及以上学历，微电子、电子信息、自动化、测控、通信、仪器科学、计算机等相关专业。 2、1年以上芯片测试验证、功能安全验证或车规芯片验证经验，有IMU、MEMS传感器、MCU、SoC、模拟混合信号芯片经验者优先。 3、熟悉功能安全基本流程和标准，了解ISO 26262、FMEDA、FMEA、FTA、DFA等方法。 4、熟悉芯片验证流程，具备模块级、芯片级、板级或系统级测试经验。 5、熟悉常见安全机制验证方法，如ECC、BIST、Watchdog、Self-test、Brown-out、Clock monitor、SPI通信监控、复位链路等。 6、熟悉实验室常用仪器设备，如示波器、频谱仪、逻辑分析仪、信号源、电源、温箱等。 7、具备自动化测试能力，能够使用Python、Matlab、C/C++或LabVIEW等工具进行测试脚本开发和数据分析。 8、具备较强的问题定位与分析能力，能阅读寄存器文档、设计规格书和测试规范，推动跨团队闭环。 9、有良好的文档能力、沟通能力和项目协作能力。
