职位描述 1、负责公司产业园高/低压供配电系统、水塔、压缩空气、排风/新风系统、空调、给排水照明等公共水电气设备设施的管理： 1.1负责编制年度维护保养计划，负责编制相应的年度预算，负责编制各系统的运行管理规程及操作规章制度，建立设备台帐数据库并管理，配合财务中心年度盘点。 1.2开展日常巡检及维护保养、日常调拨调整、报废，负责新设备新设施及其配套进行市场调研、选型、项目审批、配套工程安装跟进以及组织验收等。 1.3组织对相关岗位的培训。 1.4月度维修材料费用预算、拟制维修服务满意度调查问卷、统计分析以及改进。 1.5公司日常以及节假日安全值班检查、安全隐患整改以及反馈。 1.6 负责能源管理，熟悉能源管理体系ISO50001，并维护体系运行；开展节能减排工作，负责统计能耗指标。 2、工程管理：负责公司场地装修或者零星改造工程的项目管理，包括项目实施规划、勘察、设计、施工、验收、预算，以及与合作单位联系管理等等。 3、上级交办的其他工作

职位要求 1、大专及以上学历，机电类及相关专业，五年以上制造业设备维护、管理工作经验，年龄40周岁以下。 2、了解建筑工程相关专业知识和相关工程规范，熟悉国家或行业对消防、水电设施设计的要求；熟练掌握企业工程管理的基本知识、标准、规范、规程，掌握项目管理相关理论和方法； 3、有强弱电电工上岗证，熟悉配电线路和日常用电知识，熟练掌握常用办公生产设备及线路用电故障分析和维修技能，熟悉安全用电的操作规程。
