1、依据客户端项目需求、行业法规及技术趋势，制定IMU（惯性测量单元）整体技术路线、架构方案，涵盖功能架构、网络架构、冗余设计等核心模块，把控架构技术方向与可行性； 2、负责系统架构核心文档评审，包括架构设计说明书、功能规范、通信矩阵、功能安全诊断方案等，建立完善的架构交付物体系，确保技术方案标准化、可落地； 3、负责解决架构设计阶段的关键技术难题、审核重大技术变更； 4、负责跟踪行业前沿技术与竞品架构方案，推动团队技术升级与流程优化，提升部门系统架构设计与落地能力；

1、本科及以上学历，8年及以上汽车电子电气系统架构工作经验，有整车厂或头部零部件企业相关岗位经验者优先。 2、精通IMU架构设计，熟练掌握IMU信号调制解调技术、系统需求分析、熟悉闭环控制架构、控制器集成趋势。 3、具备 3 年以上团队管理经验，能统筹跨板块工作，具备优秀的技术决策、问题解决与跨部门协同能力。 4、熟悉IMU芯片研发全流程，具备较强的技术评审与沟通表达能力，能承受项目攻坚压力。
