1、大学本科及以上学历，电子、通信，自动化，汽车电子等相关专业； 2、熟悉Cortex-M系列处理器的架构与应用开发，有汽车嵌入式系统应用层软件开发经验者优先； 3、熟悉Keil/IAR/GCC等开发环境，具备强大的系统级调试和问题定位能力，能快速解决问题； 4、熟悉MCU常用通信接口及外设（SPI/I2C/LIN/CAN/DMA/PWM/ADC等）； 5、有上位机工具（配置工具）开发经验者优先； 6、熟悉信息安全及加密算法者优先； 7、熟悉ISO26262及ASPICE软件开发流程者优先； 8、良好的沟通能力与承压能力，团队合作精神，积极主动，有责任心。
