Deine Mission

  • Du treibst die Aufbereitung und Weiterentwicklung des monatlichen Berichtswesens und analysierst Ergebnisse, Kennzahlen und Geschäftsentwicklungen
  • Du erstellst Plan-/Ist-Analysen, Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und Business Cases – und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du wirkst bei der Jahresplanung, der Budgeterstellung sowie bei unterjährigen Forecasts mit
  • Du arbeitest bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und unterstützt das Accounting-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in unsere KI-basierten Finance-Projekte ein – von der Einführung neuer Finance-Prozesse bis zu automatisierten Management-Analysen
  • Du hilfst dabei, unsere Controlling- und BI-Systemlandschaft konzeptionell weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben mit modernen KI-Tools und schaffst so Freiraum für die wirklich spannenden Analysen
  • Du erstellst Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen für Fachbereiche und Management (Analyse, Aufbereitung und Validierung)

Das klingt nach dir

  • Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen
  • Du bringst 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, im Finanzbereich/Rechnungswesen oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung mit
  • Du verfügst über eine hohe IT-Affinität, insbesondere Interesse an BI-Tools, sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Du hast eine echte KI-Affinität: Du nutzt moderne KI-Tools bereits im Alltag, automatisierst damit eigenständig kleinere Aufgaben oder generierst sogar Code – und hast Lust, dieses Wissen ins Team zu tragen
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und eine analytische, strukturierte Denkweise
  • Du hast Freude daran, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit aus
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast die Motivation, gemeinsam Erfolge zu erzielen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
