Du willst neben deinem Studium praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting sammeln und nicht nur Bewerbungen verwalten? Dann kannst du bei uns direkt mitmachen: von der Stellenausschreibung über das erste Gespräch mit Kandidat bis hin zur Direktansprache

  • Du erstellst und veröffentlichst Stellenanzeigen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns neue Wege, passende Kandidat zu erreichen.Du sichtest Bewerbungen, führst erste Screenings durch und übernimmst selbstständig Telefoninterviews – insbesondere für unseren Standort Frankfurt (Oder)
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Direktansprache von Kandidat*innen für unsere Commercial- und IT-Positionen und entwickelst unsere Active-Sourcing-Ansätze weiter
  • Du probierst neue Tools und KI-Anwendungen im Recruiting aus und hilfst uns dabei, herauszufinden, wo sie im Recruiting wirklich einen Mehrwert bieten
  • Du übernimmst auch administrative Aufgaben im Recruiting und bringst eigene Ideen ein, wenn du Prozesse einfacher, schneller oder besser machen möchtest

Das klingt nach dir

  • Du bist immatrikulierte*r Student*in – ein Schwerpunkt im Bereich Personal, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Richtung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Du kommunizierst gerne und sicher – am Telefon genauso wie schriftlich
  • Du gehst offen und wertschätzend mit Menschen um und hast gleichzeitig den Blick dafür, wer zu einer Position und zu unserem Unternehmen passen könnte
  • Du hast Lust, neue Tools auszuprobieren und dich schnell in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten
  • Du bist sicher in einer digitalen Arbeitsumgebung; Erfahrung mit Personio ist ein Plus
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
