Description du poste

Dans le cadre du développement de notre équipe brestoise, nous recherchons un·e Business Analyst pour accompagner nos clients dans la conception et la réussite de leurs projets numériques et organisationnels.

Au cœur des projets, vous intervenez comme acteur clé entre les métiers et les équipes techniques. Votre rôle : comprendre les enjeux, analyser les besoins, structurer les solutions et garantir la valeur délivrée tout au long du projet.

Votre mission

Vous êtes responsable de l’analyse approfondie des processus, parcours utilisateurs, données et exigences métiers, afin de proposer des solutions pertinentes, innovantes et alignées avec les objectifs du client.

Vos responsabilités

  • Analyser et comprendre les besoins et enjeux opérationnels des métiers
  • Identifier, formaliser et prioriser les exigences des différentes parties prenantes
  • Évaluer la faisabilité des projets (options, risques, coûts) et conseiller les clients
  • Assister ou assurer le rôle de Product Owner selon la nature des projets
  • Faire le lien entre les équipes métiers et techniques
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et applicatives
  • Être force de proposition sur les méthodologies et les solutions
  • Garantir la cohérence de l’architecture fonctionnelle
  • Définir et exécuter les tests en collaboration avec les équipes projet
  • Anticiper et remonter les alertes pouvant impacter les engagements
  • Préparer et animer les instances de pilotage

Qualifications

Issu·e d’une formation Bac +5, vous justifiez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire.

Curieux·se et rigoureux·se, vous disposez de solides capacités d’analyse, vous permettant de comprendre aussi bien les enjeux métiers que techniques.

Doté·e d’un excellent relationnel, vous savez créer du lien entre les différents acteurs d’un projet afin de faire émerger des besoins clairs et des solutions pertinentes.

Vous avez une expérience complète sur le cycle de vie d’un projet et une bonne maîtrise des méthodes agiles.
