Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Business Analyst avec des compétences métier en banque et assurance pour renforcer et accompagner le développement de notre équipe nantaise.

Vous intervenez auprès de nos clients et jouez un rôle clé dans l’identification, la compréhension et la conception de leurs solutions numériques et organisationnelles. Vous êtes responsable de l’analyse approfondie des processus, des parcours, des données, des exigences et des différents besoins des parties prenantes afin de proposer des solutions innovantes répondant aux enjeux du projet.

Vos compétences métier :

  • Vous comprenez et analysez les besoins et enjeux opérationnels.
  • Vous identifiez et priorisez les exigences des différents métiers concernés.
  • Vous évaluez la faisabilité du projet, conseillez sur les options, les risques et les coûts.
  • Vous assistez ou assurez le rôle de Product Owner en fonction de la nature des projets.
  • Vous assurez le lien entre les métiers et les équipes techniques.
  • Vous participez à la rédaction des conceptions fonctionnelles et applicatives (user stories, spécifications ...)
  • Vous êtes force de proposition sur les solutions proposées.
  • Vous définissez et exécutez les tests en collaboration avec les équipes.
  • Vous remontez les alertes sur les événements pouvant impacter la tenue des engagements.
  • Vous analyser les données de productions (logs, base de données... etc)

Qualifications

Issu d’une formation supérieure de type école d’ingénieur ou de commerce, vous avez une expérience minimale de 5 ans sur un poste similaire.

Vous êtes curieux, rigoureux et doté d’excellentes compétences analytiques, ce qui vous permet de comprendre les aspects techniques et métiers des projets.

Votre excellent relationnel et votre capacité à faire le lien entre les différents acteurs d’un projet vous permettent de faire émerger des besoins et des solutions.

Vous avez une expérience complète sur le cycle d’un projet dans les secteurs banque et assurance et une connaissance pratique de l’agilité.

Vous avez conscience de l'impact de vos missions chez les clients.

Dans le cadre de vos missions vous pourrez être amenés à vous rendre dans les différents sites clients.

Le salaire proposé pour ce poste est compris entre 40 000 et 45 000 €, selon l'expérience et les compétences, tout en respectant l'équité salariale au sein de l'équipe.
