Description du poste

Notre Team niortaise recherche un chef de projet Agile expérimenté.e pour rejoindre les projet de transformation et de déploiement de nos clients assureurs.

À ce poste:

  • Pilotage de projets techniques variés (Automatisation, Administration, Exploitation, Intégration, Middleware) & Pilotage opérationnel des activités de l'équipe.
  • Pilotage et contribution au cadrage projet (Choix de solution, chiffrage de la solution, risques, ressources, planning.)
  • Réalisation et suivi du planning, des budgets sur les projets en responsabilité (Reporting PMO, outil Clarity).
  • Réalisation des différents livrables des projets en responsabilité / Contribution aux livrables des projets en coordination transverse.
  • Coordination et animation de l'équipe projet et des autres parties prenantes.
  • Gestion de la relation avec les fournisseurs, éditeurs, intégrateurs.
  • Gestion de l'accompagnement au changement (passage projet, produit maintenance, support utilisateur).
  • Organisation et animation de la gouvernance des projets en responsabilité : CoPROJ, CoPIL.
  • Contribution/Co-animation des projets en coordination transverse.
  • Garantie de l'adéquation qualité/coût/délai des projets pilotés.
  • Rapports réguliers sur l'avancement des projets.

Qualifications

Sur ce poste il est demandé

  1. Une expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire ou en Pilotage de projet agile.
  2. Avoir une expertise avérée dans les méthodologies Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean ou même Spotify) acquise sur le terrain.
  3. Une excellente maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet tels que Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps ou des plateformes similaires sera nécessaire.
  4. Une expérience dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets ou initiatives.

Vos compétences doivent alliées : la résolution de problèmes, des compétences décisionnelles sous pression et d'excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation.

Apprécié : certification Scrum Master (CSM) ou Product Owner (CSPO).

Souhaité : expérience dans le développement logiciel, l’informatique ou la gestion de projets technologiques.

​​​​​​​Souhaité : expérience en coaching ou en mentorat auprès d’équipes de développement.
