Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Chef de projet Banque / Assurance (F/H) pour accompagner nos clients dans les secteurs Banque, Finance et Assurance.

En tant que Chef de projet, vous pilotez fonctionnellement des projets complexes et assurez l'interface entre les enjeux métier, les équipes techniques (MOE, éditeurs, intégrateurs) et les parties prenantes.

Vos responsabilités

Analyse et cadrage des besoins

  • Recueillir et formaliser les besoins des équipes métier.
  • Traduire les exigences fonctionnelles en spécifications détaillées, cahiers des charges et user stories.
  • Analyser l'impact des évolutions sur les processus métier et le Système d'Information.

Pilotage de projet et coordination

  • Coordonner l'activité des parties prenantes (MOE, métiers, éditeurs, sous-traitants).
  • Organiser et animer les instances projet (comités de pilotage, comités opérationnels, ateliers métier).
  • Assurer le suivi du planning, du budget, des risques et des interdépendances entre chantiers.

Recette fonctionnelle et qualité

  • Élaborer les plans de tests et les stratégies de recette.
  • Piloter et réaliser les phases de tests (unitaires, fonctionnels, d'intégration).
  • Valider les livrables et garantir leur conformité aux besoins métier et aux exigences réglementaires.

Exemples de missions

  • Mise en conformité réglementaire (KYC / Know Your Customer, LCB-FT, DORA).
  • Refonte d'un core banking system pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle front-to-back.
  • Digitalisation du parcours client pour un produit d'assurance ou de crédit à la consommation.
  • Lancement d'un nouveau produit bancaire (compte digital, plateforme de paiement innovante).
  • Fusion ou rationalisation de Systèmes d'Information dans un contexte post-acquisition ou de réorganisation.

Qualifications

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation Bac+4/5 (ingénierie, systèmes d'information, gestion de projet ou domaine connexe) et justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Chef de projet MOA, AMOA, Business Analyst, PMO ou Product Owner, idéalement dans les secteurs Banque, Finance ou Assurance.

Compétences attendues :

  • Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanban) et de la gestion de projet classique (cycle en V, PMI/Prince2).
  • Certification(s) appréciée(s) : PSPO, SAFe, PMP, Prince2 ou équivalent.
  • Excellente capacité rédactionnelle ; maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project ou équivalent).
  • Connaissance des architectures fonctionnelles et applicatives bancaires (front-office, back-office, SI comptables et réglementaires) et des enjeux réglementaires en vigueur (KYC, LCB-FT, MiFID II, DORA).

Savoir-être :

  • Excellentes capacités de communication, pédagogie et sens du service client.
  • Aisance dans l'analyse et la synthèse de problématiques complexes.
  • Organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Goût pour le travail collaboratif et la posture conseil.
