Nous renforçons notre équipe nantaise et recherchons un Consultant en organisation Confirmé, passionné par les enjeux de transformation dans les secteurs banque et/ou assurance.

🎯Votre mission

Accompagner nos clients de la réflexion stratégique jusqu’à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle, en intervenant au cœur de leurs organisations pour optimiser, innover et impulser le changement.

📌 Votre rôle

Vous pilotez et réalisez des missions à forte valeur ajoutée, en intervenant sur l’ensemble du cycle de transformation :

  • Analyse des organisations, évaluation des processus et identification des leviers d’optimisation.
  • Élaboration de diagnostics systémiques avec une vision globale et transverse.
  • Contribution à la définition de la stratégie et accompagnement de sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle.
  • Conduite du changement : stratégie, communication, études d’impact, animation de workshops, plan de transformation.
  • Animation de dispositifs d’innovation et promotion de la culture de l’impact.
  • Pilotage de projets et accompagnement des clients dans l’analyse de leur fonction SI.
  • Relation directe avec les clients et responsabilité du bon déroulement des missions (qualité, coûts, délais).
  • Proposition d’amélioration continue pour maximiser les résultats et la performance.

Qualifications

🌟 Le profil que nous recherchons

Vous êtes issu d’une formation bac + 5 et vous avez une expérience minimum de 3 ans sur un poste similaire.

Vous vous démarquez par :

  • Une solide expérience en gestion de projet et en accompagnement de transformations.
  • Une bonne connaissance des métiers de la banque et/ou de l’assurance.
  • Un excellent relationnel, une écoute active et une capacité à faire émerger besoins et solutions.
  • Une curiosité naturelle, de la rigueur et une forte capacité d’adaptation.
  • Une maîtrise des méthodes agiles.
  • Un intérêt marqué pour l’innovation technologique et le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
