La Banque-Assurance est un cœur d'expertise d'ASI. À Paris, des comptes à fort potentiel sont sous-exploités : il manque un chasseur senior pour les réactiver et les développer.

Vous reprenez un portefeuille existant de 7 comptes (environ 500 K€ de CA + référencements actifs) et vous arrivez avec votre propre réseau. C'est un poste où l'essentiel reste à construire : pas de plafond de verre sur une base déjà mûre, un variable déplafonné et tout l'espace pour faire grossir vos comptes.

Vous êtes rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale Groupe, avec l'appui d'une équipe avant-vente et d'un delivery structuré. Vous signez, on livre.

Description du poste

Le poste en une ligne :

Réveiller un portefeuille dans le secteur Banque/Assurance à fort potentiel, sur le secteur historique d'ASI, et générer du business AT à court terme.

Vos enjeux :

Générer du business à court terme

  • Réactiver et développer le portefeuille repris (assureurs, mutuelles, courtiers)
  • Activer votre réseau pour ouvrir vite de nouvelles affaires
  • Ouvrir de nouveaux comptes et de nouveaux interlocuteurs

Piloter vos affaires de bout en bout

  • Qualifier sans complaisance (contexte, acteurs, timing, critères de décision) et arbitrer vos Go/No Go
  • Construire et défendre vos offres, contrats, propositions AT et appels d'offres
  • Protéger la marge, pas seulement signer du volume

Tenir votre forecast

  • Un pipe à jour, un forecast fiable, une rigueur de suivi qui inspire confiance
  • Coordonner avant-vente, delivery et staffing pour livrer ce que vous vend

Qualifications

Le profil qu'on cherche

  • 5 ans et plus de vente de prestations IT en ESN / conseil, avec un track record de closing en autonomie
  • Bonne connaissance du secteur Banque-Assurance et de ses codes - un réseau actif sur ce secteur est un vrai accélérateur
  • À l'aise dans les organisations complexes : grands comptes, achats, interlocuteurs multiples
  • Un chasseur dans l'âme, qui réactive un compte dormant et le fait repartir

  • Conduite d'entretien de découverte : structurer, creuser, conclure sur une prochaine étape
  • Qualification rigoureuse et sens du Go/No Go
  • Négociation et défense de la marge
  • Maîtrise des outils de prospection (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc)
  • Autonomie, fiabilité, assertivité — vous tenez vos engagements et vous demandez la décision
