Description du poste

Vous souhaitez jouer un rôle clé dans la réussite de produits à forte valeur ajoutée ? Rejoignez notre équipe brestoise en tant que Product Owner et participez activement à la conception de solutions utiles, performantes et orientées utilisateurs.

Votre rôle :

Véritable chef d’orchestre du produit, vous êtes l’interface entre les besoins métiers et les équipes techniques. Vous portez la vision produit, priorisez les fonctionnalités et veillez à maximiser la valeur délivrée aux utilisateurs tout au long du projet.

Vos missions au quotidien

  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins des utilisateurs et des parties prenantes
  • Construire, prioriser et maintenir un backlog produit clair et évolutif
  • Animer les échanges entre les équipes métiers, design et développement
  • Participer activement aux cérémonies agiles (daily, sprint review, rétrospectives, etc.)
  • Rédiger les user stories et leurs critères d’acceptation
  • Animer des ateliers métiers et faciliter la co-construction des solutions
  • Suivre les livraisons, tester les fonctionnalités développées et mesurer leur impact
  • Accompagner le client lors des phases de recette
  • Assurer une veille continue sur les usages, les tendances produits et les bonnes pratiques

Qualifications

  • Diplômé·e d’un Bac +5, vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée (5 ans et +) en tant que Product Owner ou rôle équivalent.
  • Vous savez porter une vision produit stratégique, fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires et piloter des projets complexes de bout en bout.
  • À l’aise avec les méthodes agiles, vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre leadership, votre capacité d’adaptation et votre force de proposition.
  • Passionné·e par l’innovation digitale et les architectures orientées services, vous aimez challenger l’existant.
  • Bonus : une expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou financier est un plus.
