Job Description:

1) Explore new Broadcasters' resources/ agencies to make them join the Uplive app to showcase their Talent/performance on the app.

2) Responsible for talent management and developing potential influencers/ Broadcasters/ Vloggers from online and offline channels: such as FB/Instagram/ YouTube etc and offline directly exploring and convincing broadcaster/ vlogger, explore agencies for relevant and potential broadcasters/ vloggers, etc.

3) Work closely with the host management Team and put in best efforts to achieve business objectives

4) Guidance and give training to Broadcasters/Vloggers in case of queries.

Qualifications and skills required:

1) Experience in the live streaming industry, Short video content industry, or other entertainment-related company is preferred

2) Minimum 3 years experience in sales or Business Development is mandatory.

3) Graduation is mandatory

4) Thrive in a fast-paced environment while following a no error approach.

5) Strong communication skill

6) Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy

7) Should be aggressive and hardworking

8) Should be highly data-driven and should focus on timely deliverable
