The posting

1) Explore new Broadcasters resources/ agencies to make them join UpLive app to showcase their Talent/performance on the app. 2) Responsible for talent management and developing potential influencers/ Broadcasters/ Vloggers from online and offline channels: such as FB/Instagram/ You tube etc and offline directly exploring and convincing broadcaster/ vlogger, explore agencies for relevant and potential broadcasters/ vloggers etc. 3) Work closely with the host management Team and put in best efforts to achieve business objectives 4) Guidance and give training to Broadcasters/Vloggers in case of queries.

1) Experience in live streaming industry, Short video content industry or other entertainment related company is preferred 2) Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or Business Development is mandatory. 3) Graduation is mandatory 4) Thrive in a fast-paced environment while following no error approach. 5) We hope that candidates have experience in social media, have experience in live video or audio broadcast 6) Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic and empathy 7) Should be aggressive and hardworking 8) Should be highly data driven and should focus on timely deliverable 9)Strong communication skil
