Salary range: $3,000 to $6000

M&E, Construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for construction projects.
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise M&E installation, testing and commissioning works.
  • Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and clients to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, costs and manpower allocation.
  • Review M&E drawings, technical submissions and method statements.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets project standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of works.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • With several years of M&E, project management experience
  • Experience managing and coordinating M&E works for building or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installation, testing and commissioning.
