What Success Looks Like

You rethink how people sell

There is no rigid script or cookie-cutter process to follow. SDRs at AskElephant rely on thoughtful, individualized outreach not mass sequences or templated messaging. You’ll be given significant autonomy in how you sell and full ownership of your number. That may mean learning from what’s already working across the team or defining new approaches that work best for you.

You prioritize outcomes and quality over quantity

SDRs at AskElephant act as a filter, not a funnel.

Your job is not to get everyone into a meeting, it's to protect the time of our AEs, CSMs, and prospects by identifying who we can genuinely help.

You will:

  • Evaluate whether AskElephant can deliver real outcomes for a prospect before asking for a demo
  • Qualify for alignment, not just interest
  • Sell consultatively, not transactionally
