  • Support execution of enterprise transformation initiatives through established governance, delivery, and stage-gate processes.
  • Coordinate activities across business teams, Digital Transformation, IT, and external partners to maintain alignment on priorities, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate governance reviews, readiness assessments, decision tracking, and risk management activities.
  • Partner with AI & Data Intelligence teams to establish process baselines, KPIs, and value realization measures for transformation initiatives.
  • Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to evaluate performance, adoption, and business outcomes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support the BPDO Council by preparing governance materials, tracking actions and decisions, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Promote enterprise process standards, governance practices, and scalable operating models that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Communicate transformation progress, business impacts, risks, and performance results to key stakeholders and governance forums.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise process management, business operations, program execution, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating end-to-end business processes and understanding cross-functional impacts in complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to establish metrics, assess performance, and translate insights into action.
  • Experience working within structured governance, program management, and transformation delivery frameworks.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and build credibility across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing competing priorities and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

What sets you apart

  • Knowledge of enterprise platforms and processes including ERP, PLM, MES, and related business systems.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business and digital transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with Business Process & Data Owner (BPDO) operating models and enterprise process governance structures.
  • Experience leveraging data, analytics, AI, and automation technologies to improve business performance and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or related process optimization methodologies.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
