Als Category Buyer Indirects bij ASN Bank in Utrecht ben je de strategische inkooppartner voor de hele organisatie. Je leidt strategische inkoop- en selectieprocessen, beheert leveranciersrelaties en realiseert aantoonbare waarde door slimme inkoop.

Wat ga je doen?

Jij gaat aan de slag met het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van inkoopstrategieën voor indirecte categorieën (Facilitair, HR en MarCom) bij ASN Bank. Als strategische partner leid je strategische inkoop- en selectieprocessen en adviseer je stakeholders van A tot Z. Je combineert commerciële kennis met een scherpe visie op duurzaamheid, risicobeheersing en innovatie en maakt zo het verschil voor een bank met echte maatschappelijke impact.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert categorie- en sourcingstrategieën voor de toegewezen indirecte categorieën.
  • Je leidt strategische inkoop- en selectieprocessen, RFP's en contractonderhandelingen en zorgt voor optimale commerciële voorwaarden.
  • Je adviseert interne stakeholders over inkoop-, contract- en leveranciersvraagstukken en vertaalt hun behoeften naar effectieve oplossingen.
  • Je identificeert besparingskansen, bewaakt leveranciersrisico's en borgt naleving van wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je stimuleert duurzaamheid en innovatie binnen de leveranciersketen en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling Procurement.

Ons Procurement-team werkt vanuit Utrecht aan duurzame en toekomstbestendige inkoopoplossingen voor ASN Bank. De sfeer is open en informeel, met ruimte voor eerlijke feedback en eigen initiatief. Op onze vaste kantoordagen zoeken we elkaar actief op: we sparren over inkoopvraagstukken, delen kennis en ervaringen en werken samen aan slimme oplossingen. Ook onze Procurement-overleggen vinden op deze dagen plaats. Zo versterken we elkaar én de samenwerking met onze interne stakeholders.

Wat breng jij mee?

Jij vertaalt complexe inkoopvraagstukken naar heldere strategieën en concrete resultaten en hebt een scherp oog voor zowel commerciële als maatschappelijke impact. Je bouwt sterke relaties op met interne stakeholders en leveranciers en communiceert jouw standpunten helder en constructief.

Verder heb je:

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, supply chain management of een aanverwant vakgebied. Daarnaast is een NEVI-opleiding een pré.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare inkooprol; ervaring in de financiële dienstverlening is een pré.
  • Kennis van strategische inkoop- en selectieprocedures, contractmanagement en leveranciersrisicobeheer.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen en implementeren van categorie- en sourcing strategieën.

Wat krijg je van ons?

Deze functie valt in schaal 9, met een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.552,- en € 6.069,- (op basis van 36 uur per week).

  • Een flexibel in te delen 36-urige werkweek, zoals 4x9 en thuiswerken
  • 8% vakantiegeld en een 13e maand, op een moment dat het jou goed uitkomt
  • Op basis van een fulltime dienstverband: 208,8 uur verlofuren per jaar
  • Een goede collectieve pensioenregeling
  • € 750,- per jaar om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen (te sparen tot € 3.000,-)
  • Elke 5 jaar € 900,- om je thuiswerkplek weer helemaal op orde te maken
  • Een NS-Business Card en een kilometervergoeding voor als je op de fiets komt
