Als Facility Support Medewerker bij ASN Bank in Utrecht zorg jij ervoor dat onze facilitaire organisatie altijd op de juiste data kan bouwen. Met jouw analytische blik en nauwkeurige werkwijze draag je bij aan een optimale facilitaire dienstverlening.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Facility Support Medewerker bij ASN Bank ga jij aan de slag met het compleet en actueel houden van de facilitaire en vastgoedadministratie. Je stelt financiële en niet-financiële rapportages op en borgt de goede werking van het Facilitair Management Systeem. Met jouw analyses ondersteun je de Director Facility en de Facilitair Managers bij het continu verbeteren van de facilitaire diensten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Je voert de financiële administratie nauwkeurig uit en stelt rapportages op, waaronder rapportages rondom Well-certificering.
  • Je houdt de vastgoedadministratie actueel en zorgt dat alle gegevens up-to-date zijn.
  • Je beheert het Facilitair Management Systeem en borgt de goede werking hiervan.
  • Je stelt analyses op voor de facilitaire diensten en voert gebruikerstevredenheidsonderzoeken uit.
  • Je ondersteunt bij Crisis Management processen en bij het opzetten en actueel houden van de afdelingsprocessen.

Je werkt binnen het facilitaire team van ASN Bank in Utrecht, een betrokken groep collega's die samen werkt aan een optimale werkomgeving voor de hele organisatie. Wat breng jij mee?

Jij vertaalt complexe data naar heldere oplossingen en neemt initiatief om verbetermogelijkheden te signaleren en op te pakken. Je werkt doelgericht aan een actuele en betrouwbare facilitaire administratie en voelt je thuis in een omgeving die volop in beweging is, waarbij je zelfstandig werkt en prettig samenwerkt met collega's en stakeholders.

Verder heb je:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een facilitaire, bedrijfskundige of administratieve richting.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare ondersteunende of administratieve rol.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met financiële administratie en het opstellen van rapportages.
  • Kennis van of ervaring met een Facilitair Management Systeem (FMIS) is een pré.
  • Affiniteit met duurzaamheid en bekendheid met Well-certificering is een pluspunt.

Deze functie valt in schaal 9, met een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.552,- en € 6.069,- (op basis van 36 uur per week).
