Als Model & Governance Specialist bij ASN Bank in Utrecht draag jij bij aan verantwoorde AI-inzet tegen financiële criminaliteit, met impact op mens én maatschappij.

Wat ga je doen

Jij speelt een sleutelrol in het verantwoord ontwikkelen en beheren van AI-modellen binnen het Anti-Financial Crime domein. Met jouw kennis van AI, modelrisico's en wet- en regelgeving zorg jij ervoor dat innovatie én integriteit hand in hand gaan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je vormt de brug tussen AFC business teams (TM, KYC, Sancties) en het AIKI-ontwikkelteam en vertaalt businessvraagstukken naar concrete modelvereisten
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor stakeholders uit de eerste en tweede lijn, waaronder compliance, model validatie en privacy
  • Je werkt samen met data scientists en -engineers aan governance processen, van modelontwikkeling tot implementatie en monitoring
  • Je vertaalt relevante wet- en regelgeving, zoals de EU AI Act, WWFT, DNB-richtlijnen en AMLR, naar praktische kaders voor het team
  • Je signaleert proactief risico's rondom AI-modellen en draagt actief bij aan een cultuur van responsible en explainable AI

Je maakt deel uit van het hechte en ambitieuze AIKI-team binnen de Innovation & Client Remediation afdeling, een informele, innovatieve omgeving waar humor en eerlijkheid samengaan met echte impact.

Dit breng je mee:

Jij bent een analytische verbinder die AI-modellen begrijpt én weet wat er nodig is om ze verantwoord in te zetten. Je combineert technische kennis met heldere communicatie en durft kritisch door te vragen richting zowel business als techniek.

Verder heb je:

  • HBO/ WO werk- en denkniveau (bijv. opleiding in Data Science, AI, Statistiek of risicomanagement) met aantoonbare AI-ervaring
  • Kennis van AI-modellen en bijbehorende modelrisico's
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving: EU AI Act, WWFT, DNB-richtlijnen en AMLR
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om complexe materie helder over te brengen aan diverse stakeholders
  • Ervaring met of affiniteit voor het Anti-Financial Crime domein
  • Werkervaring in een MRM-, compliance- of governance-rol binnen een financiële instelling (Pré)
  • Kennis van responsible AI, explainable AI of modelvalidatie (Pré)

Wat krijg je van ons:

Deze functie valt in schaal 10, met een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5.179,72 en € 6.906,29 (op basis van 36 uur per week). En dit krijg je ook van ons: • Een flexibel in te delen 36-urige werkweek • Vakantiegeld en een 13e maand, op een moment dat het jou goed uitkomt • Op basis van een fulltime dienstverband: 208,8 uur verlofuren per jaar • Een goede collectieve pensioenregeling • € 750,- per jaar om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen (te sparen tot € 3.000,-) • Elke 5 jaar € 900,- om je thuiswerkplek weer helemaal op orde te maken • Een NS-Business Card en een kilometervergoeding voor als je op de fiets komt
